Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
The terms and conditions herein govern your use of our website www.Freshrozana.com (the “Website”) and our Freshrozana.com mobile application (the “App”). The Website and the App are jointly referred to as the “Platform”. SAT Ventures is the owner of “Freshrozana.com” platform. By placing an order on this platform, the Customers / User agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Order Cancellation and Reschedule Policy mentioned herein.
Cancellation of Orders
Customers / Users placing their orders may choose to cancel the Orders free of charge, if the cancellation is made within "4 hours" before the scheduled slot start time. Any cancellation requests received after this specified time window will result in a cancellation fee of up to 100% (one hundred percent) of the order value.
For "Cash on Delivery" (COD) orders and “UPI on Delivery” orders, Freshrozana.com reserves the right to recover the cancellation fee of up to 100% of the order value from the User in the subsequent order, if the order is cancelled or User not accepting the order not due to the reasons attributable to Freshrozana.com.
Freshrozana.com reserves the right to collect a penalty of up to 100% of the order value for the Orders constrained to be cancelled for reasons not attributable to Freshrozana.com, i.e. in the event of the address provided by the User is either wrong or falls outside the delivery zone, Failure to contact User by phone at the time of delivering the Order, Failure to deliver Order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from User at the time of delivery
In case of cancellations for the reasons attributable to Freshrozana.com, no penalty from the User.
However, subject to the User's previous cancellation history or on the basis of misuse of this Policy or any other Policy, Freshrozana.com reserves the right to suspend, terminate and/or cancel the order placed by the User without reason and may charge a penalty of up to 100% of the order value and take any other necessary action not limited to initiating legal action against the User.
Rescheduling of Orders
Users placing scheduled orders have the option to reschedule their orders 2 hours" prior to the slot start time for 1 time only however delivery has to be accepted within same day since it’s our commitment to customer to deliver our products fresh. Please contact Freshrozana.com customer support team to reschedule the order. No rescheduling will be accepted after that and any return will treated as order cancellation and will be govern by Order Cancellation Policy as mentioned above. Rescheduling will attract extra delivery charges and customer applying for rescheduling agrees to pay the extra delivery charges at the time of delivery.
